How to search for products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to open a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, click the product name or the product image for more details.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your EBSKA subscription information, including copies of your receipts on the Billing page.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

EBSKA offers free shipping worldwide in many countries. In other areas, shipping costs apply. Find detailed information here.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

The delivery time of your order depending on the type of products you order, your delivery address and the delivery method you choose. During sale and promotion, periods of delivery might take a little longer than expected.

Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods.

How Do I Track My Order?

After ordering, you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has placed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse between 2- 3 work days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you out.

Do I need to register before I place an order?

No, you do not need to register before placing an order. You may check out as a Guest, and you will have the opportunity to create an account when you finish your order.

What is the benefit to register and create an Account with EBSKA?

It is free, easy and secure to register your account at EBSKA. Here are the benefits:
1. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
2. You can browse, shop and complete your order at a later time. The items placed in your Shopping Cart will be saved so when you come back later; you will not have to search for and re-select the products again.

Will there be duties/taxes on my package?

Buyers are 100% responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs if applied by your local customs. Note that, the taxes, duties, or tariffs are not part of the shipping charges. Your post office nor us do not charge it. It is charged by your countries customs department. For an exact cost of these fees, you should see your local post office or customs office. We will not be responsible for such expenses under any circumstances.

How can I return an item?

We apologize if you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our location address within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date with a completed.

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

No. Due to some administrative and logistic procedures, it is our policy to send the orders directly to the purchaser of the products who paid for the goods.
