1- How to return
We apologize if you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our location address within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date with a completed. Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate. If 7(seven) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it; and
- if your item(s) is /are from our Apparel collections, all items returns must be unworn, unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) and still have the original tags attached; and
- any of purchased merchandise from EBSKA returns must be in the original packaging.
Items that are not eligible for a return:
- We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please be noticed that:
- Defective items must be reported within two days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue a refund.
- If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
To complete your return:
- You must include a valid original purchase order number from ebska.com.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Return shipping is at buyer’s cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
- Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
- EBSKA is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We recommend you to add a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received.
2- Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before posting a refund.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, the refund policy is not applicable for sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Subject to the above “Useful Hint” clause, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at email@example.com and ship your item to #316, 542 Rochester Ave. Coquitlam, BC, Canada, v3k2v2.

Note: Please be informed that you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
